Working with such an amazing team of photographers, makeup artists, and stylists who really understood my vision made this shoot feel so personal. We laughed, we danced, and most importantly, we celebrated beauty in all its forms. The Glam: Of course, I had to rock some of my favorite e.l.f. products—because you know I live for that dewy glow! We went for bold eyes and lips to match the energy of the shoot, and the team did an incredible job of bringing my vision to life. On Set Vibes: I felt totally in my element, and honestly, that’s what made this shoot so special. From striking poses to just having fun in front of the camera, it was all about capturing my personality and who I am at this stage of my journey. Each artist on this album brings something so special to the table, and while we’re all different in our sound and style, one thing unites us: We’re unapologetically ourselves. Betty Who is a total powerhouse. Not only is she known for her bold style (she rocks ties better than anyone!), but she’s also someone I deeply admire. Betty has been shaking things up in the music industry for years, with hits like “Somebody Loves You” and “I Love You Always Forever”. I still can’t believe I get to share space with someone as legendary and unapologetic as her! Her track on the album, “Wings,” is as empowering as she is, amplifying voices that need to be heard. Charlotte Rose Benjamin is a vibe all her own. Think ‘90s rock with a modern twist—she’s got this nostalgic energy that makes you want to belt out her lyrics, which often explore what it means to be a woman navigating life. Her honesty in embracing self-doubt and imperfection is something that really resonates with me, especially as an artist who’s still finding my voice. Her song on the album captures that rawness and truth that we all need sometimes. Mariangela brings all the love, color, and spirit you’d expect from a Latin pop star. Her sound blends so many musical influences from her life in Mexico and Texas, and it’s absolutely magical. She’s got this infectious energy—whether she’s spilling the tea or singing about vulnerability, you can’t help but be captivated. Her track “Frágil” on the album, featuring Cola Boyy, is pure nostalgia mixed with spiritual depth. It’s the perfect reflection of her eclectic roots. Then there’s Black Gatsby. He’s not just breaking molds—he’s creating new ones. With a stage name inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby, his entire persona feels larger than life, yet deeply personal. His debut album House of Gatsby showed the world his independent spirit, and his contribution to this album is no different. Everything from his voice to his style makes him an artist you can’t forget. As for me, being featured alongside these phenomenal disruptors has been nothing short of surreal. My song “Dream” is all about embracing the possibility of combining my passion for music and beauty with a vision of where I see myself going. I’ve always believed that if you have confidence in yourself, others will too—and I’m living proof that dreams can start to come true when you dare to follow them.
